Report an ad or a user

In the app, tap the menu on any ad and choose Report Ad, or open a seller's profile and choose Report. You can also Block a user so their ads no longer appear for you. We review every report within 24 hours.

Delete your account

Go to Profile → Edit profile → Delete account. This permanently deletes your profile, ads, photos, reviews and transactions. If you signed in a while ago, the app will ask you to sign in again first.

My ad hasn't appeared

Every ad is checked by a moderator before it goes live, which usually takes less than 24 hours. If an ad was rejected, it broke one of the rules in our Terms of Service.

I can't sign in

Use the same method you signed up with (Google, Apple or email). For an email account, use Forgot password on the sign-in screen. If you are still stuck, email us.
